1.Efficient Installation of Gas Drainage Pipelines
In key gas control areas, it can quickly lift and precisely connect large-diameter gas pipelines up to φ950 mm, improving installation efficiency by over 30% and reducing the number of workers from 8 to 3.
2.Rapid Construction of Air and Water Pipeline Systems
Replaces manual installation of temporary air/water supply systems and permanent main air/water pipelines in excavation roadways, reducing installation safety risks by 90% and avoiding damage to roadway structures caused by traditional lifting methods.
3.Pipeline Maintenance and Equipment Replacement Operations
Enables fully mechanized disassembly and assembly of pipelines in scenarios such as aging pipeline replacement and equipment relocation at working faces. Supports safe and efficient replacement of heavy components such as hydraulic support columns, significantly reducing labor intensity.

Complex Roadway Conditions: Vehicle width ≤ 1.5 m, allowing flexible maneuvering and operation in narrow roadways with a clear width of less than 4 m.
Special Geological Terrains: The crawler chassis has low ground pressure, adapting to muddy, waterlogged, and fractured zone surfaces, with a maximum climbing capacity of ±20°.
High-Gas Environments: The complete machine meets explosion-proof standards, making it suitable for explosive environments such as high-gas mines.

Traditional manual installation relies heavily on manpower and chain hoists, resulting in high labor intensity and long cycles. The robot enables fully mechanized operations throughout the process, significantly improving installation efficiency and meeting the demands of large-scale underground construction.
Low Installation Precision, Difficult Alignment
Manual installation makes it difficult to achieve high-precision alignment between pipelines and equipment, often leading to misalignment and deviations. The robot utilizes a seven-degree-of-freedom robotic arm and intelligent grippers to achieve millimeter-level precision alignment, ensuring a high success rate for single-time installation.

1.Intelligent Control and Full-View Operation
Equipped with a 180° rotating cab supporting bidirectional driving; integrates remote and manual dual-control systems, featuring 360° panoramic imaging, fatigue detection, and personnel proximity warning as intelligent auxiliary functions to ensure operational safety.
2.Four Independent Hydraulic Systems
Features four independent hydraulic systems for travel, braking, working, and gear shifting. Hydrostatic control for travel ensures smooth and efficient transmission, suitable for high-intensity continuous operation with high system reliability.

3.Seven-Degree-of-Freedom Robotic Arm with High Stability
The robotic arm has seven degrees of freedom, combined with a cross slide design, with a maximum lifting capacity of 3 tons and a flipping capacity of 1 ton. It can perform various installation and handling tasks in confined spaces while maintaining stable load posture throughout.
4.Built-in Roller Gripper for Precise Alignment
The gripper features a built-in roller structure, allowing fine adjustment of pipeline posture without releasing the grip, easily achieving precise dual-hole alignment and solving the alignment deviation problem common in traditional installations.
