Poor roadway passability of traditional vehicles → Adopts a compact crawler chassis with low ground pressure (0.05MPa), high ground clearance (230mm), and strong climbing ability (±20°), which can easily cope with muddy, waterlogged and undulating road surfaces.
Potential safety hazards in the power system → Uses the ubiquitous compressed air in the mine as the power source, no electricity or fuel required, intrinsically explosion-proof, no exhaust pollution, suitable for all hazardous areas.
Unknown equipment status and delayed maintenance → Equipped with an intelligent control system to monitor key parameters such as gas, oil temperature and pressure in real time, alarm for over-limit, and provide 500-hour automatic maintenance reminders to realize preventive maintenance.

Pneumatic explosion-proof power: Directly uses underground air source as power, with convenient, safe and environmentally friendly power acquisition, adapting to high-gas mine environments.
Remote control/manual dual-mode operation: Supports remote control to realize "man-machine separation" safe operation, and can also switch to manual valve groups for emergency or precise operations.
Integrated hoisting function: Standard-equipped with a hydraulic boom with a maximum lifting capacity of 2 tons, slewing angle of ±90°, and telescopic stroke of 680mm, meeting most underground hoisting requirements.
High-passability crawler chassis: Crawler walking driven by hydraulic motor, with slope self-locking function, enabling safe parking and driving on ±20° slopes.
Intelligent safety monitoring: Built-in multi-parameter sensors and sound-light alarm system, conducting all-round monitoring and early warning of vehicle operating status.
