Self-advancing tail is a key hub equipment connecting the stage loader and the belt conveyor in the transportation system of fully-mechanized coal mining face.

Backhaul Transportation System for Fully-mechanized Face: Used in conjunction with the stage loader and belt conveyor.
Continuous Mining Condition Requirement: Required for the stage loader to synchronously advance with the face movement for continuous mining operations.

Applicability: Suitable for fully-mechanized mining faces under various coal seam conditions. It can be selected and matched according to the conveyor width (e.g., 800mm, 1000mm).

Elimination of Winch Traction: Traditional tail movement relied on winch traction, which was cumbersome and inefficient. Equipped with a self-moving function, it achieves step-by-step self-propulsion via hydraulic cylinders, ensuring fast and stable movement.
Precise Alignment Correction: Poor tail alignment causes belt deflection. Designed with slide rail and lateral adjustment cylinders, it allows fine-tuning left and right to ensure precise alignment between the stage loader and the belt conveyor, reducing belt runout.
Automation & Safety: The heavy equipment previously required high labor intensity and posed safety risks. Automated mobile operation replaces manual work, allowing operators to remotely control the system for safety and labor saving.
Adaptive Advancement: Inability to adapt to face advancement previously. Now achieves synchronous self-movement with the face through linkage control with the stage loader, ensuring production continuity.

Omni-directional Intelligent Self-moving & Flexible Adaptation: Equipped with autonomous movement capabilities in three dimensions: self-lifting, left-right self-moving, and front-back self-moving. It can flexibly adapt to the existing emulsion system on the working face, or optionally be equipped with a built-in hydraulic pump station to form an independent control system, meeting the needs of different working conditions.
Power Redundancy & Intrinsic Safety: Equipped with a safe energy storage system to ensure sufficient self-moving power and timely response. The system is provided with dual safety guarantees of safety valve and unloading valve, and is designed with reliable safety guards to ensure operational safety from the source.
Long-term Buffering & Low Maintenance Design: Integrated with a reliable buffering system to effectively absorb shocks and vibrations during operation, significantly reducing maintenance workload and extending the overall service life of the equipment.
Adaptive Anti-deviation & Cleaning Guarantee: Both the buffer idlers and guide drums are built-in with anti-deviation and automatic deviation-adjusting structures. Equipped with high-efficiency coal scrapers to effectively prevent the accumulation of return coal, ensuring smooth operation of the tail and a clean working face.
Man-machine Separation Intelligent Remote Control: Equipped with a dual control system of remote control and emergency manual operation, realizing man-machine separation operation to ensure personnel safety. It supports continuous operation of mining equipment on the working face, meeting the requirements of high-efficiency production.
