On December 4, the foundation held a public welfare donation signing ceremony in Beijing. TMSK Industrial Technology (Anhui) Co., Ltd. donated mining safety technology equipment valued at approximately 21.7 million yuan to the China Emergency Rescuer Care and Miner Pneumoconiosis Control Foundation. Chairman Zhang Enxi and Chairman Chen Tianbao jointly signed the donation agreement and presented a donation certificate to TMSK
At the ceremony, Chairman Zhang Enxi spoke highly of the charitable act of TMSK Industrial Technology (Anhui) Co., Ltd. and the social responsibility demonstrated by Chairman Chen Tianbao. He noted that the significance of the donation lies not only in material support but also in spiritual encouragement. A donation is more than a transfer of assets; it is an entrustment of trust, a co-creation of value, and a concrete action to fulfill corporate social responsibility while giving back to the safe development of the industry. By taking concrete actions to support intelligent mine construction and occupational disease prevention in the coal industry, the company is also taking an important step in fulfilling its corporate social responsibilities and promoting technological progress in the coal sector

Chen Tianbao, Chairman of TMSK Industrial Technology (Anhui) Co., Ltd., stated that TMSK has long been deeply engaged in technological innovation in coal mining equipment, actively exploring and practicing in areas such as coal mine safety production, intelligent construction, low-carbon energy saving, and environmental protection. Regarding the donated equipment, the company will provide comprehensive technical support and training services to ensure the equipment can be effectively utilized, thereby truly transforming into a powerful force for protecting miners’ safety and promoting green and intelligent mine development, ultimately realizing the vision of “enhancing safety and efficiency, and building healthy mines.”
Zhang Enxi noted that the signing of this donation agreement marks the official start of cooperation between the two parties. The foundation will live up to this significant trust, placing greater emphasis on the implementation outcomes of the project. It will carefully select coal mining enterprises whose operating environments match the donated equipment’s requirements as recipients, in accordance with the terms agreed by both parties, and will track, supervise, and coordinate the implementation of these donations to ensure the equipment delivers tangible results and maximizes the value of the donated resources.
Zhang Enxi emphasized that the foundation will strengthen cooperation with all sectors of society, integrate more resources, and expand the scope of its public welfare projects to benefit more vulnerable groups. At the same time, it will continue to enhance its professional capacity and service standards, conducting its work in a more scientific and efficient manner. Through unremitting efforts, the foundation will amplify the goodwill of the company and realize greater value.
Zhang Enxi expressed hope that more enterprises would actively engage in public welfare initiatives, working together to build a warmer, more harmonious society, allowing compassion and responsibility to converge into light on the mining industry’s path forward.
