Recently, the Anhui Provincial Development and Reform Commission held a provincial private enterprise symposium at the Provincial Administrative Center. The meeting was chaired by Chen Jun, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission. Attending leaders included Zeng Xianbin, Director of the Private Economy Bureau; Fu Haifeng, Director of the Industry Department; and Ren Xiaofan, Director of the High-Tech Department. Five private enterprises from across the province were invited to participate, with Chen Tianbao, Chairman of Zhonggan TMSK, attending as a representative from the mining intelligent equipment sector.

During the symposium, leaders from the Provincial Development and Reform Commission engaged in in-depth discussions with enterprise representatives, carefully listening to reports on business operations and development. They focused on understanding the difficulties, challenges, and obstacles enterprises face in the current economic environment, offering policy guidance and constructive suggestions on the spot. Director Chen Jun emphasized that the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government place great importance on the healthy development of the private economy, and will continue to optimize the business environment, precisely align with enterprise needs, and effectively help enterprises stabilize expectations, strengthen confidence, and enhance momentum.

At the symposium, Chairman Chen Tianbao systematically analyzed the development opportunities in the mining industry sector in Anhui Province and Huainan City. He noted that Anhui is rich in mineral resources with broad application scenarios, and is currently at a critical stage of intelligent transformation, presenting tremendous market potential. Huainan, as a major mining city, boasts numerous equipment manufacturing enterprises, abundant application scenarios, and university resources, giving it unique advantages to build a full-chain safety emergency industry and achieve breakthrough development. He suggested leveraging the opportunity of transforming mining safety automation equipment to build a distinctive, competitive industrial cluster in Huainan, and expressed hope for focused attention and support from the Provincial Development and Reform Commission to help establish Huainan as a demonstrative “AI + Mining” industry base in Anhui and even nationwide.

After listening to the report from Zhonggan TMSK, Director Chen Jun noted that mine intelligence represents an important sub-track of “vertical AI” with broad development prospects. She encouraged the company to continue focusing on its specialized field, adhere to the path of specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative development, continuously strengthen independent innovation capabilities and professional competitiveness, and actively participate in and empower the Huainan safety emergency industry cluster based on solid technological accumulation.

Through the communication mechanism established at this symposium, participating enterprises experienced the tangible policy support for private economic development in Anhui, further reinforcing their confidence in taking root in Anhui, focusing on core businesses, and pursuing high-quality development. Looking ahead, Zhonggan TMSK will continue to leverage its comprehensive advantages in the mining intelligent equipment sector, providing technological support for the intelligent transformation of the industry, injecting new momentum into the development of Huainan’s industrial cluster, and contributing to high-quality regional economic development.
