On August 19, 2025, the Huainan Municipal Development and Reform Commission and the Huainan Municipal Science and Technology Bureau organized a cooperation docking forum to advance the industry-university-research strategic cooperation between Anhui University of Science and Technology, the State Key Laboratory of Deep Coal Mine Safety Mining and Environmental Protection, the State Key Laboratory of Intelligent Technology for Unmanned Coal Mining, and Zhonggan · Termaspec.

This cooperation aims to build a bridge for industry-university-research collaboration, pool the advantages of all parties, focus on core difficulties in mining application scenarios, jointly tackle technical challenges and promote the transformation of achievements, provide full-scenario intelligent high-end equipment and technical support for mines, and assist in the safe and efficient production of mining areas.

He Chunfu, Deputy Director of the Huainan Municipal Development and Reform Commission, and Zhou Chao, Deputy Director of the Huainan Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, attended the meeting and emphasized the need to further deepen industry-university-research cooperation, leverage the advantages of all parties, and promote the precise transformation of laboratory achievements.    

Zhonggan · Termaspec and the participating parties held in-depth discussions and reached effective consensus on topics such as cooperation on in-research equipment technology and achievement sharing, joint provincial-level scientific and technological breakthroughs, promotion of the transformation of laboratory mining application research achievements, and collaborative solutions to technical problems in the mining industry.

As an innovative practice of Zhonggan · Termaspec in the field of industry-university-research collaboration, this cooperation aims to rely on the cutting-edge R&D capabilities of Anhui University of Science and Technology and the two national key laboratories, as well as its own productization and industrialization advantages, to establish a channel for scientific and technological innovation and transformation of technical achievements, jointly create advanced technical equipment suitable for mining application scenarios, and help the intelligent upgrading of mining equipment.
