On October 26, the 19th China International Coal Mining Technology Exchange and Equipment Exhibition 2021 grandly opened at the China International Exhibition Center (New Venue) in Beijing. As a major event in China’s coal industry, it has been successfully held for 19 sessions. After more than 40 years of development, the exhibition has witnessed the improvement of China’s coal mining technology and equipment, promoted technical exchanges and integrated development of domestic and foreign mining machinery, and boosted the prosperity of China’s mining machinery market.

The TSC intelligent mine rope replacement robot is a safe, efficient, intelligent and automated system designed as a special operation robot for replacing hoisting steel wire ropes in mine shafts. Featuring high integration and reliable performance, it can operate synchronously with the hoist or run with independent speed regulation.

When synchronized with the hoist, the intelligent electro-hydraulic control system ensures fully consistent operating speed. The equipment is not only used for replacing shaft hoisting ropes, but can also independently complete the replacement of balance tail ropes, guide ropes and cables by replacing traditional stationary winches

The TST comprehensive support robot for shaft hoisting is key safety equipment for hoisting system maintenance.
