On the morning of February 25, the Huainan City Conference on Scientific and Technological Innovation and Investment Promotion & Talent Attraction was solemnly held. Zhu Aiyong, Secretary of the CPC Huainan Municipal Committee, attended and delivered a speech, emphasizing the need to thoroughly study General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on scientific and technological innovation and the development of new quality productive forces, as well as his important speeches during his inspection tour of Anhui. He called for earnest implementation of the deployment requirements of the CPC Anhui Provincial Committee, concentrated efforts on investment promotion, economic development, and growth, to ensure a solid start and good beginning for the 15th Five-Year Plan (2026–2030). Zhang Zhiqiang, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Huainan Municipal Committee and Mayor of Huainan, presided over the conference. Chen Rujiang, Director of the Standing Committee of the Huainan Municipal People’s Congress, Cai Yihua, Chairman of the CPPCC Huainan Municipal Committee, members of the Standing Committee of the CPC Huainan Municipal Committee, and relevant leaders of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People’s Congress, the Municipal Government, and the CPPCC Municipal Committee were present.

At the conference, the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government presented collective awards to organizations and individuals who demonstrated outstanding performance in areas such as investment promotion and talent attraction, manufacturing talent development, and the overall strength of private manufacturing enterprises in 2025.
